Dawn Carr Client Service Manager Dawn Carr is one of the leaders of the Revenue Cycle Services team at Surgical Information Systems (SIS). As a part of the leadership team, she focuses on providing exceptional customer service and implementing revenue cycle management strategies, including analyzing data focusing on proven results to ensure accurate client reimbursement and patient satisfaction. Dawn manages the account teams for SIS RCS clients with a focus on compliance guidelines and customer-specific processes. Dawn has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, previously working in patient accounts, client solutions, and software support. Before joining SIS, she held industry positions as Director of Client Management, VP of Client Services, and Senior RCM Client Manager. She brings a proven track record of improving client productivity, quality, satisfaction, and client retention to her clients.
