Senior Human Factors and User Experience Analyst
As the Senior Human Factors and User Experience Analyst at SIS, Andrea Berman manages the prioritization and planning of UX wireframe generation in support of our Development teams. Andrea and her UX colleague, Cindy Morales, work collaboratively to optimize the design and workflow of current SIS products and to create conceptual designs for future features and products.

Andrea has over 20 years of experience in UX and Human Factors and has been with SIS since 2016. She graduated from Tufts University with her Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics and received her Master of Science in Human Factors Engineering from Texas A&M University. Andrea contributed to the first wave of internet UX in the early '00s. Prior to SIS, she spent the majority of her career in aerospace, at NASA and Sikorsky Aircraft. She is still excited every day to be working in healthcare and to have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and clinicians.
