Energage recognizes Surgical Information Systems with four Culture Excellence awards for Innovation, Work-Life Flexibility, Leadership, and Purpose & Values.

SIS Culture Excellence Awards 2022Alpharetta, Georgia, April 27, 2022 - Surgical Information Systems ("SIS"), the industry leader for business and clinical surgical software serving more than 2,300 hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), has been recognized with four Culture Excellence awards from Energage, a purpose-driven organization that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces.

Rooted solely in employee feedback, the Culture Excellence Awards highlight the company’s strongest culture drivers. This year, SIS’ Culture Excellence distinctions include Innovation, Work-Life Flexibility, Leadership, and Purpose & Values. This is the second consecutive year that SIS has received the Work-Life Flexibility Culture Award.

“It’s an incredible honor to be recognized as a workplace of Cultural Excellence. We take our performance seriously at SIS – both externally as a software solution provider, and internally as an employer – and we continue to invest in resources that inspire, empower, and celebrate our people,” says Tom Stampiglia, SIS President and CEO.

“While our biggest goal is always to help our clients reach their objectives and beyond, it wouldn’t be possible without first supporting the wellbeing and advancement of our associates. This recognition confirms yet again that our vibrant, inclusive culture and dedicated efforts makes us one of the very best places to work in our industry and the country.”

This recognition is the latest in a series of awards acknowledging SIS as a surgical software industry leader and champion of corporate workplace culture. Other recent accolades earned include “Top Workplaces USA 2022”, “Top Workplaces Atlanta 2022”, Black Book Market Research “#1 ASC EHR 2022”, and KLAS Research “Best in KLAS 2022” for ASC Software.
