John Lynch leads Surgical Information Systems’ (SIS) operation in delivering revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for clients, managing the rapidly growing SIS Revenue Cycle Services’ (RCS) team. He focuses on driving operational excellence, expanding services capabilities, and ensuring client success across SIS RCS, including billing and collections, coding, and transcription solutions. John has 20 years of professional experience in healthcare operations leadership and RCM. He previously held numerous senior leadership positions as a Senior Vice President and General Manager at both R1 RCM and at Cloudmed, where he led numerous operations divisions and defined new and adjacent solution offerings through B2B partnerships. Prior to that, he also held strategic RCM leadership roles with Optum 360, where he built high-performing teams and systems for enterprise BPO managed services clients through operations, consulting, and technology implementation roles. John earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Management, and Marketing from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
