John Lynch leads Surgical Information Systems’ (SIS) operation in delivering revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for clients, managing the growing SIS Revenue Cycle Services’ (RCS) team. He focuses on driving operational excellence, expanding services capabilities, and ensuring client success across SIS RCS, including billing and collections, coding, and transcription solutions. John has over 15 years of professional experience in healthcare operations leadership and RCM. He previously held senior leadership positions with R1 RCM, Cloudmed, and Optum 360, where he built high-performing teams and systems through operations, consulting, sales, and technology implementation roles. John earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Management, and Marketing from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
