Hilary Sondik is the executive vice president of revenue cycle operations for Surgical Information Systems. Ms. Sondik has over 20 years of experience in revenue cycle operations leading large U.S. and global teams and creating a culture of results-oriented solutions. Prior to joining Surgical Notes, Ms. Sondik served as senior vice president for customer operations at R1 RCM, an end-to-end healthcare technology revenue cycle provider for large health systems where she helped customers maximize revenue. Ms. Sondik received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University. She resides in Zionsville, Ind., with her husband and son.
