Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Administrator at Beckley Surgery Center
Rebecca Paine is Administrator and Co-Owner/Operator of Beckley Surgery Center and also serves as Vice President and CFO for Mountain State ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery and Healing Springs Medical Spa, all based in Beckley, West Virginia. Prior to entering the healthcare field, she spent 15 years in the financial services industry working first in market development and management roles for BB&T and eventually in management as Vice President, Director of Secondary Market Lending for First Community Bank. Upon joining Beckley Surgery Center, Mountain State ENT and Healing Springs in 2013, Ms. Paine utilized the skill set she had gained in larger organizations to add a much needed corporate infrastructure to the companies by implementing internal accounting, enhanced HR processes and sound marketing strategies, thus positioning the companies for future growth. Ms. Paine has a Bachelor of Arts degree and is currently pursuing a Post Baccalaureate degree in Biology for the purpose of applying to medical school. She earned the CASC designation in October of 2016.
